Installation from a binary distribution

If you still haven't downloaded it, go to Download page.

Execute the downloaded installer (cuemol-X.X.X.X-setup.exe; X.X.X.X is a version number) file. Installer wizard launches and please follow the instructions. If there is an older version of CueMol installed, it is better to remove it from Control panel beforehand.

Caution:
Preferences (positions of palette windows, etc...) will be initialized, by uninstalling an existing previous version before the installation.

About error in start-up

この状態で実行すれば，大方の場合普通に動くのですが， 今のところ，いくつかの条件でちゃんと動かないことが確認されています． 例えば，Administratorでインストールして権限の低いuserで動かすと 起動時に以下のようなエラーが出ます．

この状態でOKして起動すると， メッセージのとおり，"sysconfig.xml"という設定ファイルが正しく 読まれていないため，ちゃんとモジュール等が ロードされていない状態で上がってしまい，機能がまったく使えません．

"sysconfig.xml"はCueMolがinstallされているdirectoryにあるはずなので メニュー659;設定のdialogを出し，Systemタブ にある"System configuration file location"に正しいdirectory名を 入れてやって，CueMolを再起動すればOKのはずです．
